GHOSTS OF CHANCE

A montage of scenes from Robert Bresson’s Lancelot du Lac and our own Facs of Life, this short film interrogates the question of a becoming animal of perception and affect at work in the cinematographic apparatus.
Ghosts of Chance was made in response to a commission for the two-day interdisciplinary symposium “L’animal sur la scène contemporaine”.
